Went into a consultation and paid the consultation fee. Agreed to setup an appointment a month after consultation. Less than a week before appointment, she cancelled and would not setup another one. Attempted calling her office multiple times and she wouldn't even call me back. Wound up going to another dermatologist due to poor customer service. Several months have passed and still haven't received a call back.
