Love Dr. Verma. Great listener, gets to know your issues and figure out how to help. Problem: they have posted shots hours, online, on the card they give you and at check in. I arrive at 4:35 after leaving work early and battling traffic, so relieved I made it before the POSTED end of shots time 4:40 and the shots are closed, was told they stop shots 10 minutes before they close—- ten minutes before the posted time. Dr. Verma was amazing. She made me beyond comfortable and listened to me go on and on about my experience with anaphylaxis. She reassured me, offered me options, and continued to answer my questions and ask what else she could do. I was blown away by her office as a whole. I feel so empowered.
