I attended the surgery the day prior to NYE just before 1:30pm with a daughter screaming of a sore ear. She was in so much pain and there were limited doctors open. The Google hours listed closing time at 2pm so we thought we had ample time. When I arrived the door was open but the receptionist snapped at me and told me "we're closed". I advised her that the website said they're open until 2pm and her response was "go to the hospital if it's so bad. Bye" and put her head down. Rude and unsympathetic.
Waited 9 days for a report to claim a disability pension for my daughter and all I received was attitude from the secretary every time I called. My daughter misses out on three weeks payment for missing the deadline and I get told I'm busy from the doctor. After 18 years this was all I asked. Thank You and never again.
Been family Doc 30 years
Dr Cheung is definitely a good doctor. He's experienced, professional and patient. He always focus on primary health care. Hopefully he wont retired soon.
Our family doctor for more than 40 years. Three generations under his care. Amazing medical knowledge, dedicated, caring and professional doctor who has always taken time with a consultation to listen to his patient and explain medical information . Highly recommended.
