I was in Hilton Head for the winter and was suffering serious back pain with sciatic pain. I literally could not walk. Dr Boatright gave me three epidurals and got me back to almost pain free. Great doctor.
I was told to expect a 2 to 3 hour appointment on my my first visit. I was there for about 2.5 hours. Most of the time was spent in exam room waiting for his PA. Once she was done, Dr. Boatwright came right in. He was friendly and personable, asking lots of questions, then spending time to explaining what he thought was going on, then explaining in detail, the tests he was ordering. I felt confident with him and his staff.
Dr Boatright is awesome. I had back pain for over three years. I had surgery in November 2016 and now I'm pain free. Even slowly getting back to playing golf. Dr Boatright is a true life saver and a total professional.
Excellent Doctor for back pain and Orthopaedic Surgery. He is very good at discussing the treatment options and expected outcomes. He performed surgery on my lower back and the results have been excellent.
I would recommend Dr. Boatright because of his educational training and years of experience. He is caring, positive, personable and goes the extra mile to ensure that no stone has been left undone. He contacted all of my current and previous doctors(5 years) to ensure he had the accurate information on my condition before surgery. I do not believe any other surgeon would have taken the time to find out about my bone cancer treatments. I am 99.9% healed today.
I highly recommend Dr. Boatright. He communicates effectively, spends time with his patients, and does surgery as a last resort IF he thinks the patient is a good candidate who will benefit from the surgery. I just think he's wonderful.
Dr. Boatright gave me my life back. After months of excruciating pain up and down my leg and in my back, he performed surgery and I am not living again. I am more than 100%. I would strongly recommend him to anyone experiencing back pain.
