Not so best place to visit. No empathy towards patients. Always delay in filling out paperwork and doing due diligence. Charges more with falsifying information and had to check with my insurance provider to get the amount back (after insurance provider questioning them for charging me more) which should have not been charged in the first place (although we questioned about charging more - they said insurance wouldn’t pay - they wanted to charge me and charge my insurance provider and get away with it - basically getting pai... read more
Dr Thapar is amazing. She explained everything in detail and took time to make my daughter comfortable with the procedure. Also she returned my phone call every time I had a followup question. 🙏
First time visit as a new patient. The office visit was fine, not too much wait time. We were told during the visit, in June, Dr. will recommend a orthopedic surgeon and provide a prescription for AFOs(foot brace). Well, here I am in Aug still waiting on this. I have called and everytime Im told a different story. Really disappointed in such unorganized office. At this point, we are at mercy of the doc to at least provide the prescription so we can get the braces ready before school srarts. Its clearly not going to happen. L... read more
