Called the practice to make an appointment on Monday. The receptionist made me an "appointment" and gave me an address of the practice. On the day of the appointment, I showed up to the location and the door is locked. I call the practice and they tell me that they have given me the wrong address and did not have an appointment scheduled for me. Dont waste your time here, if they can't make an appointment, can't imagine what their other services are like.
The visit with the doctor (Suite 504) was great, excellent professional service & very informative. They fail in every other respect. The billing department had me fill out a form with all my credit card information - I thought this was a little odd but this was my first visit so I deiced to "go with it". After my appointment I was told I needed to have a "follow up" appointment to discuss my lab results. Again, I thought this was a-typical but they're in my coverage so I went with it.
