Dr Vance should not be practicing medicine with the poor treatment he showed my husband while he was in the hospital. Told him he wasn't concerned about something because it wasn't what he was in for. Well besides his rude demeanor and lack of empathy he needs to go back to study basics of medicine and know that when you have a heart patient complaining of severe pain to where they can't sit up and can barely eat that the pain could be causing issues with blood pressure and heart rate.
