No personality, seemed rushed. Took X-rays of my shoulder which don't show tissue damage. I was there using car insurance for an auto accident, he could've easily ordered an MRI. Nope, just the standard physical therapy waste of time. I won't be back, he serves zero purpose as a specialist. I could go to a pharmacist and get the same advice.
Insight Surgical Center is by far the best choice in the area for treatment. From the front desk staff, the lab, the Medical Assistants to the checkout staff and the Pain Management team at the office to everyone at the Hospital, the Nurses, Desk Secretaries, the Anesthesia dept and everyone else along with level of care by Dr. Schupbach has just been an amazing experience. I love him. Smart, personality is welcoming answers questions and helped me with several joint replacements with no issues
Bedside manner sucked, waited an hour for him to come in the room no apologies not even an excuse and straight to the point no discussions and up and out within 2 minutes MAX. He might be a good doctor but my daughter has severe anxiety and the way he treated us had her upset for 2 days cause he offered us nothing after waiting 3 months for an appt. Never again
