I am incredibly disappointed with the level of care or lack thereof I received at this office. My experience with Justin Ross D.C felt incredibly rushed; he spent almost no time with me, leaving me feeling like my concerns weren't heard or even considered. Great service and results. Dr. Ross' style is manipulation and he is very good at it. I started going to him 2 months ago and my back and neck is doing much better thanks to his treatments. Rebecca who provides massage therapy is the best I have had in the long term relief of muscle and ligament pains; her pressure point massage technique has been very helpful.
