Very disappointing experience. Despite being a knee specialist, if your case is not surgical, you don’t seem to get much attention. My pain felt dismissed and minimised. I was advised to stop exercising because it increases my pain, without being offered any alternative plan. I had to explain myself why staying active is important to me, which raised serious concerns about the quality of care. I also had to repeat all my information despite completing a detailed form beforehand, and was seen by another doctor without notice.... read more
Two and a half years after double knee replacement, I still have pain and reduced mobility. I have had to learn to live with it as Dr Roe said that everything he had done was correct. Very disheartened.
Got partial knee replacement on both knees at the same time by Justin and team in 2021. Just reflecting on how good they were with the surgery and care. Knees have been brilliant since the operations
