Hours for scheduling to see the doctor unfortunately are inconvenient. The woman on the phone was not considerate or offered alternatives. So much for the referral. Had to find another orthopedics office with a wider range of days/hours.
Yesterday was my first visit to see Dr. Mitchell and the experience was a very wonderful and pleasant one. The front office staff is very kind and cordial. The gentleman that took X-ray of my hand was also very kind as well as the assistant that took down my medical history. Dr. Mitchell’s PA was the best. My wife broke her wrist over the weekend and the doctor was able to fit her in on Monday even though she was not an established patient. Dr. Mitchell was very friendly and provided wise counsel on moving forward with her treatment. She came out with a pink cast and very happy!
I’ve been a pt of Dr. Mitchell for a few months. Besides the painful injections, the entire staff are amazing. From walking in the door to leaving to make your next appointment. Dr. Mitchell explains your condition and discusses your options. Professional individuals, beautiful office setting with good space to sit and wait. The best Hand Dr in El Paso. He works with you and provides the best of care. When you need help with trigger finger or broken bones Dr Mitchell is the one to ask for. Just ask for a referral and give them a call.
