Dr. khetani is the most talented and knowledgeable ENT. I struggled with breathing and smelling for the last four years and as soon as I was referred after I saw my partners results after his septoplasty with him I said I’ve got to get help here too. I had a sinus endoscopy and a septoplasty a week ago. His staff are so warm and welcoming and reassured me the whole process. Could not recommend Dr.khetani and his team enough:)
Dr Khetani is a 10/10. This doctor was practical, down to earth, honest, sensible and professional. He did a septoplasty on me it’s changed my quality of life. As well as sinus endoscopy on my partner and has helped ease so much of our distress. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you again for everything!
- The office doesnt answer their phone... ever. - They have an awful AI answerign system - no human calls you back, just a message that you cant reply to through email - cancelled my appointment because they "couldnt get a hold of me" (they spelled my email address wrong) - failed to forward a fax to specialist and I wait ed 10 months to hear back about it
Cancelled my appointment without even contacting me Edited to add: I've had the worst experience dealing with this doctor's office. Their hours are difficult and one someone finally answers the phone it's an AI voice it's that doesn't understand anything you say and you have to leave a message. Then they don't even call you back. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Khetani and his staff. I had a septoplasty surgery done and never felt so good recovering from a surgery. I used pain medication for only 2 days and had no visible signs of having a surgery after the second day. The swelling was very minor too. Dr. Khetani is a pleasure to deal with. I would absolutely recommend him as an ENT. His staff are friendly and knowledgeable and overall the experience was very positive.
