Dr. Petrolla was patient and down to earth. He listened and offered different pain relief options. He also decided upon future options if/when other options don’t work. It was very hopeful for my father.
Dr Petrolla was very quick to build rapport. He appears warm and genuine. He took all the time we needed to discuss treatment options and answer all our questions. He has a calm and confident demeanor. Very thorough.
