I believe that are whole situation our problem, which is due to the lack of communication they would never call me and let me know when the glasses would be ready, but always told me that they would call me discontinued for a month and two weeks where I finally decided to call them and tell them to keep the glasses that I did not want them. Hands down the best eye care I have ever received, period. Staff is very friendly and professional. I took my daughter who is Sped and really tested Dr. Justin’s patience. He kept a calm demeanor and did his best to work with her. I feel comfortable recommending this place to friends and family, and they have earned my business for life. Incredibly kind and helpful staff! I came in because I was visiting family for the weekend but left behind my glasses and contact lens in the rush out the door. I showed them my prescription and insurance, and they were able to supply me with a five day supply of my contacts in less than 30 minutes. Supre easy, quick, and helpful. Thank you!
Dr. Hu is very precise w/ down to earth bedside manners. He's so knowledgeable to give pt edu & the whole crew is awesome. I'm looking forward to having my new lenses fitted!
