It's very rare that you find any place in healthcare that you know you want to go to for the rest of your life, in fact this may be the only case of that I've ever experienced. Everything about this place is amazing. Dr. Hu (and the rest of the staff) genuinely always feel like they're trying to help you, not just sell you things. Reviews looked great, and so I selected this office to get an eye examination and prescription. I have recently had a cataract operation and need a new prescription to compensate for the change in vision. I have medicare and supplemental insurance through United Health Care(UHC) and have their most expensive and comprehensive plan that does not require in-network choices. I believe that are whole situation our problem, which is due to the lack of communication they would never call me and let me know when the glasses would be ready, but always told me that they would call me discontinued for a month and two weeks where I finally decided to call them and tell them to keep the glasses that I did not want them. Hands down the best eye care I have ever received, period. Staff is very friendly and professional. I took my daughter who is Sped and really tested Dr. Justin’s patience. He kept a calm demeanor and did his best to work with her. I feel comfortable recommending this place to friends and family, and they have earned my business for life.
