I saw Dr. Favaro at their new Randolph office location. The walls were paper thin, and I could hear every word of the conversation he was having with a patient down the hall. He tends to run late with his appointments - sometimes I've waited well over an hour. A couple of times I called to speak to someone, and the phone went to voicemail.
