Dr. Eales is a wonderful doctor! He bedside manner and knowledge was a comfort at a scary time in the Emergency Department. He was very informative and through. He made my Dad feel at ease and made sure he received proper treatment!! We are very thankful.
If I could leave zero stars I would. My daughter was in the ER at Mercy Gilbert Hospital in December. Her blood tests came back normal and wanted to send her home. He was dismissive of my wife’s concerns. Mind you my daughter could barely walk. Her nurse was concerned and brought in a PT specialist. Obviously something was wrong. With his tail between his legs he ordered an MRI. My daughter was diagnosed with MS. This man has no business being in medicine. The head of the ER is no better.
