I reached out to Dr. D'Arienzos office for an assist with an MMPI requirement, the staff was very helpful and enjoyed the professionalism and face time with Dr. D. during the interview.
Dr. D'Arienzo himself was a positive experience. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for his office staff and office management. The lack of communication and support from the administrative side ultimately led me to seek care elsewhere. When paying a high out-of-pocket cost, a patient should reasonably expect timely responses and basic administrative assistance without having to repeatedly chase down staff.
