I didn't appreciate waiting 1 hr. I was texted 3 times to confirm my appointment which was at 1:30. But to arrive 30 mins before which I did. When I arrived I checked in to confirm with the girl at the desk, right after it was confirmed I deleted the text and was never told my appointment was at 2:04, until I got up from sitting 30 mins and there was a guy sitting at the desk and I asked him what was taking so long he said my appointment was at 2:04.
