Posted a review previously and somehow Justin got it deleted. Summary of my experience was poor. Staff would not pro8vde a copy of contact lens Rx as law requires. Then, when I left a poor review, at my next appointment Justin confronted me in a hostile demeanor, tone and body language. I explained his staff was wrong based on law and I could just file a complaint. He replied, go ahead, they'll laugh at you, im on the board. I asked if that was going to be a problem. Unfortunately, I've had a disappointing experience with this eye doctor. For the past two years, l've expressed that my prescription doesn't seem correct, but each time it's due for a recheck, I'm suddenly unable to get an appointment. As a result, for the second year in a row, I'm stuck wearing glasses that don't properly fit my vision needs. Some of the front desk staff are kind and helpful, but others come across as dismissive or rude. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this office based on my experience.
Dr Franks is great. He is thorough and kind. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for your eye care needs.
