I am so very disappointed. I was in a coma for 3 1/2 months due to Covid so I’m no longer a patient of his because I missed appointments. Not to mention his Secretary is always so rude. (RETIRE) already!! I didn’t want to be a dental patient, I was only curious about Botox!! I spent a lot of money out of pocket due to no insurance for his services over the past 5 years. Don’t trust his judgment. Got angry over getting a 2nd opinion. Doesn’t follow up w patients. Poor listener and staff is clueless. Disingenuous.
RecommendedIf you are looking for a great dentist. Look no further. I am pleased with everything I’ve had done by him.
Dental satisfaction I have been using Dr. Smith since 2007 and have found the only Dentist that fixes and repairs the issues with my teeth such as fillings, crowns, root canals, cleaning, etc. Dr. Smith and his staff have been so friendly, caring, helpful, and allows me to be flexible with scheduling when I need to have work done on my teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Smith to everyone for dental work as he is professional and has the knowledge in repairing and providing excellent maintenance on my teeth.
Don’t know of any other dentist calling and checking on you after having a tooth pulled. Justin and his staff are the best. I give them 5 stars 🌟
