Dr LaCorte has seen both my children and has always gone above and beyond to make them smile and feel comfortable. He is an excellent diagnostician and has always made me feel that I can ask as many questions as I need to. He also follows up with a phone call at home later on to see how things are going.
I brought my son to Optum after swallowing a coin. Dr. Lacorte was spot on how it would be treated after advising us to go to the ER for further xrays. The top hospital in LI did exactly what he said they would most likely do. Thankfully we had a successful outcome without an endoscopic removal but what really impressed us was that he called us at 9:30 pm after we were discharged from ER to follow up. Class act.
Dr. LaCorte was absolutely phenomenal in helping my daughters. He was kind, caring, great with the kids, and knew exactly what to do in a very high pressure situation. Follow-up was also just as great. Highly highly recommend! He was amazing!
