Me and my entire family go to see Dr. Melina. She and her staff are the best
Staff is so bad! They don’t listen to you, especially her assistant Madeleine. She told me to send her my existing blood work, which I did, in order to maintain my appointment and she still canceled it without any notice. I was really looking forward to the visit and will make sure to post this on Zocdoc too. Unprofessional rude staff.
Dr Molina and staff earned all 5 stars! I was able to schedule an very quickly. The receptionist was very personable and thorough. The wait time in the office was minimal. I was actually called back before I completed my new patient paperwork. Again, minimal wait time, the nurse completed triage and Dr Molina came in for my examination very shortly after.
