Dr. Varghese is undoubtedly the best. No other Doctor has taken the time, had the patience, asked engaging questions, and truly made me feel as though she is truly invested in my health. I would recommend no one else. She is the best. The rest of the office staff is just as professional and friendly. This place is fantastic.
Dr. Varghese was very abrupt, unfriendly, and had no empathy for my situation. I was made to feel that a scheduling issue was my fault, and not the fault of an untrained office staff. She told me that she has nothing to do with the office staff. Not “I’m so sorry there was miscommunication, or lack of training, etc. Let’s get you taken care of”. I have been going there for 10 years, but I will NOT go back to that office, nor see that doctor again.
