Dr. Junius was my second opinion Dr. I had been seen by another Dr. For 10 visits and studies, mri,xrays, etc.. with no relief or answers to my back pain. On the first visit with Dr. Clawson with in five minutes he could relate with me and my pain, using his experience he knew the correct medication and procedure to help my back. This was a huge relief to know that he was not going to give me the " runaround" having to pay for several other costly visits with other experts just to waist my time.
Was having incredible back pain and Dr. Clawson examined me. Then advised me to stop doing certain movements and activities and my pain would clear up. It did! I love that he will provide you with the right answer and not just put surgery on the table. Thank you.
Dr. Clawson operated on me to alleviate sciatic pain I had from a degenerate disk. Before the operation, he told me that the pain I was having would be gone right after the surgery. Almost one year later, I'm still in pain, and my spine collapsed, resulting in scoliosis. During my follow-up visit, two weeks after the surgery, I explained to Dr. Clawson that my pain was worse then than before the surgery. He shrugged it off and said that more drastic measures would be called for. No thank you!
I had two previous back surgeries prior to this one. Based on what I've been through in the past this was by far my best experience. Dr Clawson did an excellent job on my back. My surgery wasn't as routine as initially thought, and it was great to have a highly experienced surgeon working to do what was best for me. I wouldn't trust my back to anyone else. I feel very lucky to have found him.
Very knowledgeable, excellent surgeon, very confident in his abilities, thorough in explaining everything, arrived at hospital for post op within minutes of when he said so there was very little wait time
