After receiving a referral from my oncologist last month, I’ve just gone to see Dr. Choi this afternoon. During my first visit as a new outpatient, Dr. Choi asked why I had come to see him—a question I found rude. He then hurriedly asked me a few questions without seeming to care about my presence, his eyes fixed on his medical documents the entire time. Unprofessional, with a superficial attitude toward patients’ problems. I don’t understand how, with such tough competition, he still manages to get clients. But above all, I understand the reason — his lack of basic manners leads to ignorance. I recommend staying away from this «specialist».
I called this office at 2:30pm today 1/14/2026 to schedule an appointment for my father who speaks Vietnamese. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. Their responses made no sense, with missing subjects and verbs, and they spoke in a disrespectful tone. When I asked if a translation device could be used, they bluntly said no and told me that if my father came alone, they would cancel the appointment.
