Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, but it didn't bother me much Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Was this provider friendly? Polite Enough Did this OBGYN treat you with respect? Yes

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
