My husband has seen Dr. Jun for mohs surgery on different occasions and he does amazing work, explaining everything he does with a great bed side manner. His staff of nurses are also friendly and caring always willing to keep me updated. Our favorite nurse Shayla is so very sweet and caring and very gentle. The receptionist Ashley is also sweet and very helpful. Glad we have them in the Rockford area!!!
I have been seeing Lori Wendt for a few years and don't dread going for my skin checks - she is kind and not chastising about my suntanned past! Very much a professional who still has compassion.
I had Melanoma last June. Dr Jun did the Mohs surgery and as scared as I was it was definitely tolerable and himself and the nurses made my experience a really good one!!!! It was between my eyebrows and of course as a woman, old but still vain😜 I freaked out after I had to have a skin graft from the shoulder. We are so fortunate to have a skilled surgeon in Rockford who is trained in the Mohs procedure. The compassion and caring shown by himself and his staff was amazing.
WARNING! This place is very unprofessional. I went in for a routine procedure and asked a question about another service they offered. A week later I get an additional bill for a "consultation" from the question I asked. $150! Ridiculous. I'm never going to this place again. Watch your bills from this company. They will sneak in extras costs without your consent or any warning.
