A few months ago, I came to the office and checked in, 25 minutes passed and still haven’t seen the doctor. I asked the front desk if I was next and assured me I would be. Then, 35-40 minutes go by and I’m seeing people that came after me, see the doctor and left the office. I asked another front desk employee, to my surprise, know one actually check me in. So I wait over an hr to see the doctor, only for a 15 minute appointment. The staff were rude, and honestly need to be replaced.
Advocare Berlin Medical Associates. The front desk here is terribly rude and blunt even when they mess up, minus the doctors. I have been going here for years and this is the third time they cancelled my appointment without notification even when proof is given. My appointment was canceled because one of the staff at the front desk claims that I cancelled my appointment and move the time up, even though I did no such thing. Dr Mingroni is absolutely fantastic my mom has been going to see him for almost 40 years & I have been going to him for about 25 years…….but my only complaint is with the women who work @ the front desk now don’t get me wrong it’s not all of the women but a select few that are extremely rude & ignorant they seem to forget that they work for us we’re the customer luckily my mother loves Dr. Mingroni so much she won’t leave but if it was up to me we would have left a long time ago because of the front desk women
