Uncaring and uninformative information shared regarding discontinuation of current medication through no personal fault. Unwilling to look at current office practices as being responsible.
He didn’t believe me when I told him dr hanflink discharged me after 8 years and never even bothered to ask them or follow up with them. I’m in extreme pain and they didn’t have the courtesy to even call me back.
Have been in neck and back pain after three operations. Dr Paez was extremely understanding and so heartfelt sincere about what he could accomplish with me.

I was Dr. Paez' patient a couple of years ago, but my insurance changed and I need to find another provider. After some time my insurance situation improved and I was able to return. What a relief! Other providers out there just weren't as thorough as Dr. Paez and Jordan. They always take the time to listen and offer various options.
I am very nervous about needles. This was quick, efficient, painless and done by professionals who clearly cared about me and how I felt, communicated well, love what they do and who they work with. I was the last patient of the day and they made me feel like I was their first. Truly, it was a weirdly pleasant experience!
