To all my floridians, this doctor doesn't care about your kids. He is the rudest person alive and on top of that a layer. I've been his client for years and he has been seeing my kids forever. Dr. Julio Egusquiza is a great pediatrician but will lose patients based on just his staff Alone. I have been taking my son to his practice for over 11 years and now I have decided to part ways with him due to his staff. Not only do I now wait over two hours to see him, they will never help over the phone. everything has to include a visit to see the doctor. Why is this medical stuff in a healthcare setting to help people when they are not helpful at all.

I've been with dr Julio for yrs & honestly he's been an amazing doctor but this will be our last visit! His staff is so unprofessional! I needed 3 refers in which I had already requested via phone & the receptionist told ME THAT I NEEDED TO BE READY AND THAT SHE HAD TO DO OTHER REFFEREALS SO THAT I SHOULD COME BACK!! these are scripts that my daughter gets every 6 months but she didn't want to look in her fileI had been waiting for 3hrs unacceptable! she was so unpleasant!!
