Always a nice eye exam with Dr Nguyen: She is very nice, timely, thorough, and explains things well. Great Optometrist!
The eye exam was fine. No PD measurement on RX. The LensCrafters in Santa Rosa has the WORST customer service. I won’t be back for an eye exam because of the terrible service at the store.
I’ve been to this location on other occasions so I did not realize I was booking a telehealth appointment, much less that I’d have an added cost because the Optimap is legally required for telehealth visits. This was an out of pocket visit so the added cost is not passed on to insurance. During my appointment I mentioned the Biofiniti contacts had been drying my eyes out and the only alternative lens I was offered was a daily. Friendly and quick service. Good glasses selection. The only drawback for me is that they're in the mall.
