My wife , I and my mother have been going to dr toon for years now . So I didn’t think it would be that big of deal that when Scott called to confirm appt wich is literally tomorrow , which my wife and I didn’t know we had because we both have got countless emails asking us to book our next appointment. When at that point I asked if it would be possible to reschedule due to us having our first baby a few months ago and we don’t have a sitter at the moment on such short notice .
