Very disappointing experience. The doctor was rude and very unprofessional, and there was poor communication after our visit. We did not receive the required medication plan or test list despite multiple follow-ups, which made the whole situation stressful and frustrating.
WORST AT TIME MANAGMENT. I’ve never had a appointment with the doctor without it being delayed by a hour. Also when you get to the appointment your still waiting a hour or 30 min because she is late. AWFUL
Dr Julie Parle is very thorough, she been my children’s paedatician for19 years . During this time she’s managed they’re medical issues very well and the only downfall is just the waiting time can be very long!
