Everyone that works there was very nice.
FORT MILL, SC Exam lasted no more than four minutes. Came in for a wart removal, froze it off. After five days, the wart hasn’t even begun to change. Called back, it will cost another office visit. She doesn’t stand behind her own work. That was the most important reason for my first time patient visit. As I reflect, she definitely had a time quota to meet. Office staff was very helpful and on time. Dr Iannini is very sweet and gets right to work.

The doctor is part of the Advanced Dermatology network. Appointments are made through a central scheduling service which seems to be outsourced overseas. I did not like this.Leading up to my appointment I received way too many appointment reminders via text and email. This was my first visit to the office.
