I have to say in Prescott, Ontario when we moved from Kitchener to Cornwall a dentist removed a molar this was my bf's apointement.. she removed it and struggled then she saw a piece still inside or something she dig inside the hole for approximately 7 minutes using all her tools I saw my bf moving his feet squeezing the chair and making sound like she was hurting him after that..
