I am extremely disappointed with the way we were treated. Before booking the appointment, I called the clinic and clearly explained that we have refugee claimant documents (Brown Paper) and asked if they would accept them. I was told that it would not be a problem, so we trusted that information and made the appointment. My husband was in severe dental pain, took time off work, and we drove 40 minutes to the clinic.
