Extremely poor office management. Dr. Julie Klepper in particular delayed an appointment at the last minute, then cancelled that appointment, then had to be badgered many times into rescheduling, and then she just didn't call me for that appointment at all. These offices are extremely unreliable and negligent. Avoid at all costs.
Incompetent office manager. I made an appointment 4 weeks in advance. The morning of the appointment we received an email that the appt was cancelled due to the doctor not feeling well. She then scheduled us for 2 days later. An hour before appt time, we received a phone call canceling the appt due to doctor not feeling well.
