Dr Julie chang is very rude and very short with her clients. The "full" eye exam literally was done in 10 mins and I have cataract in my right eye and I was told by Dr Chang that it's not there. Thumbs down!!!

I wanted to make a new patient appointment and I asked the girl who answered if she can check my insurance eligibility and she hanged up so rude

I tried making an appointment for me and husband and lady on the phone was so rude and of no help. She asked what insurance I had and I answered I wasn't sure, just as I was getting my card out of my wallet to let her know and she said, "Well, I don't know how I can help you!" I know it's best to have your info ready but a little courtesy goes a looooooong way. She didn't seem to have any patience and I just decided to take my business somewhere else. Guess they don't need the business.

I mean the doctor is always great 💚 it's the front desk ladies for me 😂 I don't even know how to feel about the two ladies. All she said was Two Weeks. Like girl how rude? Can I have a date? She kept saying "i don't know what to tell you" like ooh your rude rude. I just feel like if U don't like a job DO YOUR OWN THING! Don't be mean to patients and don't ruin someone else's practice cause your bitter.
