My son's appointment was early March 2025, almost 3 months and 100 phone calls later, and my son's glasses are still not in. Made an appointment at Walmart vision center for him and he got his glasses 3 days later. It's pretty clear that they favor the white's at julie caldwells office and I know that now. I also know I'll never spend another dime at this place. To my light and dark brown skinned people, don't give these underserving people your money.
