Find someone else. The office staff are rude. Dr. Best is part of Banner Health now and if you are familiar with Banner, run as fast as you can. Very bad experience. I will never go there again and I would never refer anyone to her.
Dr. Best herself is a wonderful doctor with great bedside manner. She definitely should not be in this office. The office staff are beyond rude, condescending, and very unhelpful. Each time I call in to schedule, I'm greeted by not-so-friendly voices who sound beyond annoyed that god forbid someone would want to schedule an appointment! In working with their health consultant, Crystal Cook-Ramos, I was very displeased. She started with great communication then completely disappeared. TERRIBLE!
