My 91 year old mother had a second fall, was seen by a PA who sent us for x-rays and a Carotid Doppler. Her follow up was today, 2 weeks later. My mother ran into construction and was 20 minutes late and was told to re-schedule. This is at the discretion of the doctor if they will see the patient past the 15 minute grace period and Dr. Thomas was adamant that she would not see her even to just go over the test results. We have never been seen on time but are held to a higher standard. NO THANKS!
Yesterday I was told I could have a condition that could cause me to go blind and was immediately sent for bloodwork which came back elevated. Was sent again today at 8am and have not heard back from office. Was told that no one is gaurenteed to speak to me today at all because we are a busy office. Have called twice just to see results and get prescription. No answers. One day my condition is serious and the next they are too busy to be concerned with it.
Dr Thomas listens to my concerns. Some wait is expected and totally worth it for Dr Thomas. Highly recommended.
About this office in general. Their practice is to make each patient wait a half an hour plus for appointments. Not recommended.
