This is Louise Edwards leaving the review. Dr. Haugen is one of the most compassionate, competent, thorough, loving, prepared and caring Dr.s you will ever meet. Before my recent surgery, Dr. Haugen spent sufficient time explaining in detail every aspect of my problem and the surgery to be performed. She was just as thorough immediately before and after my surgery, taking as much time as needed to ensure that my expectations were managed and that I understood every step of the process.
