My experience with Dr. Julie A. Ferris was extremely negative. Hostile, aggressive, abusive, and disrespectful behavior. Avoid her.
I cannot recommend Dr. Ferris more. My mom had a stroke 2+ years ago and Dr Ferris has been the best resource towards her recovery. She is kind, knowledgeable, patient centric and works with us to continue to help my mom in the best way possible. She is great at addressing any questions or concerns we may have. We look forward to our follow ups with her
Dr. Julie Ferris was rude, dismissive, and showed no respect for my rights. She treated me poorly, made assumptions without doing proper exams, and added false information to my medical records. Her behavior was unprofessional and harmful. I felt violated and disrespected the entire time. I would never recommend her to anyone.
I had an appointment with this doctor. I was in traffic so I was gonna be about 10 minutes late and the office said that was fine. I called them four times from the time I was stuck in traffic to the time I got to the parking garage and they said it’s still fine. I was almost 25 minutes late. The receptionist was aware that the parking was a nightmare because of construction. I get to the office and they tell me they cannot see me. The doctor doesn’t have time.
