I went in to see Dr. Cruz right before my son’s wedding and asked her to fill in a little recession I had on 2 teeth. I had no cavities just a little recession. She shaved down my teeth and now they are hyper sensitive. If I had know that she was going to knock down my teeth the way she did,I would not gone forward with the procedure. My experience: I went in as a new patient for a check up and cleaning, the hygienist assigned to me, Karina, was very rough during the cleaning, even the flossing, she poked me several times, when she was done I could taste blood , so I inserted a kleenex right side lower jaw, came out full of blood. I went back 2 weeks after because I was in pain, I couldn't eat, Dr Cruz said there was no infection, but I bled when brushing my teeth. Love this office, the staff, and Dr Cruz!!
I've been a patient here since 2014. The staff is very welcoming and on top of insurance, appointment reminders, etc. I am very particular about who touches my teeth because I've had a few very bad experiences (st 7-to-7 dental) Erica , my hygienist was awesome! She listened to my concerns, made me feel safe and comfortable and also did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Cruz is knowledgeable and professional. :)
