My experience in this office is that everyone is super courteous & competent, from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dental assistant to Dr Cruz herself. One of my old crowns came off on a Sunday & Dr Cruz called me back very promptly, asked about specifics & worked me into her schedule 1st thing on Monday. I've been to several dental practices & wouldn't go anywhere else! I hope they all stay around for a long time!
I went in to see Dr. Cruz right before my son’s wedding and asked her to fill in a little recession I had on 2 teeth. I had no cavities just a little recession. She shaved down my teeth and now they are hyper sensitive. If I had know that she was going to knock down my teeth the way she did,I would not gone forward with the procedure. My experience: I went in as a new patient for a check up and cleaning, the hygienist assigned to me, Karina, was very rough during the cleaning, even the flossing, she poked me several times, when she was done I could taste blood , so I inserted a kleenex right side lower jaw, came out full of blood. I went back 2 weeks after because I was in pain, I couldn't eat, Dr Cruz said there was no infection, but I bled when brushing my teeth.
