I have to say, I had an amazing birth experience with Dr. Bernell. She and any other staff I encountered were all good to me back in 2015 when I had my kid. Once I was ready for my 6 week checkup, I told her I wanted permanent birth control. She just straight up said no to me, a 32 year old woman. She said babies are addictive and I'd want more. Horrible practice. Stay away from this garbage office. I gave them a referral from primary care doctor and they refused to see my mom on multiple occasions. They wait til people come to appointments to discuss any issues, you can’t even talk to anyone on the phone to resolve issues before you come to these appointments. New patients can’t even log on to their stupid portals. SMH
Great dr listen and answer questions
Dr Bernell is very thorough and concerned with how you are health wise. She takes time and listens to you which is nice. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
