Horrible practice. Stay away from this garbage office. I gave them a referral from primary care doctor and they refused to see my mom on multiple occasions. They wait til people come to appointments to discuss any issues, you can’t even talk to anyone on the phone to resolve issues before you come to these appointments. New patients can’t even log on to their stupid portals. SMH
Great dr listen and answer questions
Dr Bernell is very thorough and concerned with how you are health wise. She takes time and listens to you which is nice. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
I have been going to Dr Bernell since I moved to Houston in 1997 she is a great doctor. She listens intently and truly cares about her patients. I have never had an issue with her or her staff. I highly recommend her!
