If I could give zero stars, I would. Time and time again, I tried to advocate for myself and clearly explain my symptoms, only to be dismissed and rushed through each visit. I placed my trust in her as my physician, but unfortunately, I was misdiagnosed and improperly treated for months. This neglect ultimately led to an emergency hospitalization and urgent care from a different doctor who finally addressed the issue correctly. No patient deserves to be ignored or treated this way!
I went here to be serviced and received diagnosis that I thought were way off. Against my better judgment I went with her suggestion that we keep testing samples. What was not explained was that my samples would be tested at two separate facilities that were not in my network resulting in over $800 in fees for a problem that wasn't solved. Receiving bills 5 months later.
She is wonderful. So caring.
