The receptionist Jessica I think it's as her name she was real rude with me and my dad I can not understand how can you have her in that office if she's real rude with all the elder people I have seen that and I did record her today that way she acted with me I acted with her anything let me know thank you
Jessica answered my phone call and was very unprofessional and rushing me hurrying me up to hang up. I was trying to get an appointment and she kept raising her voice without clear instructios. Hope the doctors see this rating and talk to her nurses or the people who answers the phone.
Doc is terrific and would get 5 Stars if not for the incredible wait time. Showed up at 8:20 for my 8:30 appointment only to find a dozen people standing in line outside the locked door - everyone with 8:30am appointments. Two almost three hours - for a ten minute visit with the doc.
I am so grateful to Dr Gomez and his staff for seeing me through one of the most difficult periods in my life. I feel so fortunate that he was recommended to me. His expertise and knowledge, his patience, and his kindness were of top order, and his staff was also very kind.
I have seen Dr. Julian Gomez for couple of years n I really think he has a lot of patience with his Patients.I really recommend him to my family n friends.He’s a very good doctor.
