I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Parsons. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, intelligent, and compassionate. I have always felt genuinely heard, respected, and cared for during every visit. Dr. Parsons takes the time to listen, clearly explains everything, and consistently goes above and beyond to help me. I am incredibly grateful for the excellent care I have received and would recommend Dr. Parsons without hesitation.
Julia Parsons which is Dr. Parsons wife/nurse is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Always rude, never helpful, loud & aggressive, rushes people off of the phone. This office needs to be under medical investigation. The way they run their practice is unbelievable coming from someone who has worked in the healthcare field for 15+ years. She has no care for patients, and today proved it to me. STAY AWAY.
Julia at the front desk was VERY WONDERFUL and VERY EFFICIENT, on the phone. Dr Parsons is AN AMAZING DOCTOR.
I am severely disappointed with this office. It has been over 60 days since Dr. Parsons referred me to another doctor for specialty testing, and my referring doctor requested critical medical information. Despite multiple follow-ups, nothing has been faxed over. This delay has put my care on hold and shows a serious lack of urgency and professionalism in handling patient needs. I will now need to drive 2.5 hours from Boston to West Hartford to personally pick up the papers and deliver them to the referral doctor myself. This... read more
