On 3/11/25, went in for appointment as new patient, I called ahead to make sure my insurance was accepted and was told it was by an office person. An exam was done, which is covered by my insurance, upon check out, I was told they did not accept my insurance and charged me $79.00. This was so disappointing that this office would be dishonest. Had I known your office did not accept my insurance, I would have never made an appointment with you. I don't have money to give away being a senior on a budget.

I visited this office and was assured the overall process for a crown and fillings would be done correctly because the dentist taught this to students in a college. He put a new crown on and within a year I had to get a root canal and new crown due to his “work”. The fillings he put in have started to fall out and now I have to have a crown put on that tooth. Couldn’t appreciate this dental office more, and it’s amazing staff. I wanted to wait until I had a proper procedure done to leave a review but every cleaning and experience I’ve had so far has been perfect. Thanks Pam and Dr.Behner for helping my teeth get where they need to be!
