Dr. Austin was great explaining to me what needed to be done and what to expect. His upfront approach was re-assuring and definitely relieved the anxiety I felt about going to the dentist.
Had terrible experience with this dentist. He did the root canal, that caused a lot of trouble later on and eventually led to the tooth loss. Tried to contact him so many times, left him messages, he never returned any of my calls. Actually i could get a hold of him once, he told me he would call back and never did.
