Office staff is nice, new owners send very aggressive text messages about upcoming appointments for some reason. They're also asking people to give them 5 star reviews now.
Dr Shin and his team are great! Very professional. I got there early for my appt and was welcomed with a pleasant smile from the receptionist. My hygienist name Sonia was very nice, took me to a room for my dental check up, took my X-ray with extra care and always asked if I was ok. She cleaned my teeth really well. Her hand was light and never felt any pain at all. She was very good in rinsing and suctioning my mouth which I like a lot. My mouth feels cleaner. As a new patient, Dr Shin came to check my teeth.
